good pencil tip for soldering smb

I bought these tips for soldering mini USB surface mount connectors. The tip worked very well, I had no problems using it on my iron. The very small tip of the pencil could heat when needed and the solder joints were perfect. I don't know how long the tip will last. the time will show. I would currently recommend the product.
