Let me say up front that I've always had great luck with Senso s250 headphones and love them. I got a new pair because my cat chewed on my old one and after about 2 weeks of use the battery died and wouldn't charge. I tried a different charger, charging cable, outlet; Nothing. I requested a return and Revain/Senso were very nice, sent me a new pair within a day and it arrived, I pocketed it and the light turned red to indicate it was charging. But never loaded. I tried the same moves with the second pair and although it makes noise when I try to turn it on when plugged in (just a long beep), it doesn't hold a charge. It gets very hot when connected to the network, which also bothered me. I'm not sure if they use a new battery process or a new manufacturer but unless I get a good explanation I wouldn't buy these headphones right now.
