No support - kitchen and bathroom installation

I ordered 2 cubes, put one in my revitalizer and it didn't work. So I called customer service and NOBODY ever answers the phone. I was sure they could tell me how to start my car. NO so I am sending back the dice which are very expensive. This was the third time I've ordered cubes, so I'm not new to working with a vitalizer, but folks, when you're at work, WORK! Does your manager/owner know how inefficient their customer service is?
