I have installed dozens of these modules in my career. I've suggested issues with these devices and what I think should be fixed to make them more convenient for customers and IT admins managing them remotely. But all my inquiries went unanswered. I own an IT company, so I have to deal with technical support all the time. Hell, I'm tech support. It's frustrating when you get a company that doesn't care about their product or their customers at all. Other than that, these devices are great! They solve and create many problems. Since these devices are broadcast and have open ports, people are more likely to constantly try to crack your password. To do this, you must take appropriate security measures. If you don't understand certain things, how to set them up, don't expect technical support to help you with that. They would rather just email you the link and hang up as soon as possible. Yes, if you can contact technical support. You can be on the phone for 30 minutes before he finally hangs up and you have to call back and start over. If I don't like these devices that much, I could find another company with better technical support.
