Update: Buttons are already lost; This only lasted 3 days. I don't usually buy sheets without being able to touch them to understand the comfort. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with this set, especially considering the price tag of under $50. It warms sufficiently and is much softer than I had imagined. The pattern is a real eye-catcher both on the decorative checkered upper side and on the plain navy blue underside. Its overall size is more than enough to cover and hang down the sides of my queen bed. The stitching is strong not only on the duvet but also on the lining. Fragile single stitch decorative buttons are the only thing stopping this set from earning a 5 star rating. I don't really see them sticking after a few spins in the washer and dryer. The loose button design of the overlays proved a little annoying in the middle of the night. They tend to roll onto their side, putting you at risk of stabbing a hard button in your head, neck, and face in the middle of the night. Nothing particularly important or anything like that, but definitely the only thing I missed from the set.
