My son was very happy with this blanket. However, he has asthma so I washed it before putting it on his bed, it faded and the cotton inside stuck together. I had to disassemble it and even then it doesn't want to keep its shape. Do not buy!

I was expecting a regular duvet. The one that was nice and thicker than what I got. They are so thin only suitable for summer not fall or even spring let alone winter. They weren't worth what I paid for them. It's so happy to buy bedding online. I think now I'll just buy them personally.

I love the look of this duvet. I had a hard time finding something I like for my 16 year old son other than solid color. That's right. Looks very nice on the bed. Maybe I would like it to be a little thicker, but that's not an obstacle. The little accent pillow tore a little at the seam when he removed the tag from it, but it was easily fixed. Just make sure you use scissors when removing the tags so this doesn't happen.

Update: Buttons are already lost; This only lasted 3 days. I don't usually buy sheets without being able to touch them to understand the comfort. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with this set, especially considering the price tag of under $50. It warms sufficiently and is much softer than I had imagined. The pattern is a real eye-catcher both on the decorative checkered upper side and on the plain navy blue underside. Its overall size is more than enough to cover and hang down the sides…

I bought this blanket in November but was only able to put it on my bed last weekend because I didn't buy the bed it was on. I thought I would buy the same duvet I bought for my son so he could have two beds in the room.
