The scooter is our Roomba 650. It's part of the family and occasionally comes out to hug our legs. It cleans up behind us and makes our life generally more pleasant. So imagine our sadness when after 7 years in our home he started showing signs of not being able to go on living. This review goes beyond the details in this kit but I was ready to take the scooter to the pasture. He got stuck everywhere. His trash can was almost empty from the escape. He made a lot of harsh noises. I literally had a new vacuum in my basket when I made the decision to see if I could revive it. Armed with this kit, I completely disassembled the scooter, thoroughly cleaned all the components, made sure all the sensors were clean, and reassembled it with new brushes and filters. It works great! Since then it hasn't got stuck, its dust bin is reassuringly full and it's capable of accommodating larger particles. This simple kit saved me $300! Welcome back Scooter!
