Review on Enhance Safety with Master Tailgaters Brake Light Backup Camera for GM Express/Chevrolet Savana Cargo Van (2003-2016) by Brian West

My husband bought this camera for my 2008 Chevrolet Express Van. The first thing he noticed was the grommet that fit the hole in the case for the wiring was too small to fit the factory hole so he had to modify the old one to make it work. When he started installing the camera, the protrusions were too big. and broke off. He worked and installed a camera only to find that the 3rd brake light was not working (concluded it was just the camera and not the 3rd brake light). He routed all the cables and the camera works but had to use an RTV to seal the camera due to a poor fit. We contacted the seller and he agreed to send us a new camera. We waited almost two weeks and didn't get a new camera. We contacted the seller again and he said he would take care of it. Our last message from the seller was at 8:30am saying they would look into the issue. Still no permission.
