Seems to work! I used it to combat a drain fly infestation in my sink. This is a guest bathroom that is not used regularly. I dumped 4 ounces down the drain every other day for 10 days and then once a week. This significantly reduced the number of drain flies – by around 90%. But every other day I see one or two flying around. So I had to use a drain brush to clean the drain. Then when I used Invade Bio Drain again, it worked. Pour this down the drain will not solve your problem. You must first clean the drain to fix the problem.
