Review on 🔗 Wanhork 304 Stainless Steel Deck Railing Connectors: 2x4 Stair Handrail Bracket (6 Pairs, Black) by Colin Arcos

I need three pairs to complete an urgent project on the second floor patio. I've used similar plastics before, but for the height I need something more durable. I ordered a box of one pair and a box of two pairs, both in silver. The box with the doubles pair came in silver, the singles pair in black. I return a single pair of a suitable color, I install silver ones. New one pair spares are coming and they are black too! This time I looked at the box and the box says they are silver but they are black like the first box. Now I stand behind the project, the customer is angry and I don't know what color the next order will be. Good product but poor quality control in packaging department! EDIT: I added a star. This is my third time ordering a set of 2 and finally received a set of silver (grey) suspenders. These braces are way better than the plastic ones I've used in the past. Had they sent the correct color the first time and not the third time it would have been a 5 star rating. Parentheses are strong.
