I was about the 2nd or 3rd person to buy this product I've only used it twice, here's my actual experience: Pros: Value for money is low Price tag Performance seems as advertised Feels quality (heavy) but didn't open it Cons: Spring-like power button (sticks out) making it easy to trip over and turning off a hassle. No carbon brushes included. Included is a hollow plastic handle which is flimsy. Cable is not as listed, shorter than 7 inches, may not be based on metric conversion. This becomes weaker and looser, making consistent speed potentially problematic. The pads supplied are of poor quality, one pad was used once and has completely come off
