Used on day of arrival, came as advertised with all parts and on time. My only complaint is that the white trim is cheap and rips apart as the final buff begins. It installed correctly, I'm not new to this, but it just didn't hold up.

I was between this model and the HF model. I'm glad I chose Revain. The buffer feels good. Celebration. The speed selector is great. Overall very satisfied. I'm not a pro just an amateur so my needs are pretty much satisfied.

The pads that come with the DA polisher are junk. The vibration on this thing is insane at slow speeds. It also produces high frequencies/noise that would be unbearable without headphones. I've never been a fan of DA polishers, I go back to my good old wool rotary polisher.

Looks sturdy and well made. The speed is easy to set and it did a good job of painting my 25 year old car. Buy extra pads, the ones that come with the kit are mostly disposable and fell apart when I tried to remove them from the velcro on the polisher. No complaints, just buy the best quality pads you can have.

Bought for polishing cars. I like the wide range of speeds that are fully adjustable. The dial is well positioned, it doesn't turn accidentally during normal use. Trigger with lock, very convenient. One minus, the right hole where the handle is screwed ripped off on the first attempt at tightening. You only have to use the left side, which is not very convenient for right-handed people.

Well I just opened it, it was a gift from my wife. I can't even turn it on because there is no switch on the instrument! An absolute disappointment from this car. DO NOT buy this item, I can't even turn it on. I will try to contact the manufacturer and see how they respond to this serious issue. I would like to update my rating for this product after contacting the manufacturer. He replaced the product with a new one, so I'm updating my rating to 4 stars.

I bought this product because it was significantly cheaper than the porter cable but after 2-3 hours of work it started to stop randomly in the middle of work. I thought it was an extension cord and replaced it with a new one. Same problem. I then plugged it directly into multiple outlets and the problem arose. Something inside rattled when shaken, the polishing machine started working again for a minute or two and then went into off mode. Don't buy - it must be very poorly made with no quality

I'm new to puffers but I know this puffer was ready in 90 minutes which took me the better part of an entire Saturday driving our VW bus has deoxidized.
