Inaccurate, cheap to make, broke on first use

I received one with Chinese writing on it and the other isn't even an accurate length. Of the others, one broke without pulling on the first use; The whole band just came loose when pulled about 20 inches. The next day another one broke. This is fine if you plan on using it once but don't expect reliability as they are very cheap and will break on the fly.
