Review on 🔝 Enhanced SEO: FilterBuy 24X30X1 Pleated HVAC Furnace Filters by David Cook

I bought 24 x 30 x 1 inch filters but the actual size is 23.5 x 29.5 x 0.75 inches directly on the filter. Smaller sizes result in a 3.7% reduction in surface area (693.25 square inches versus 720 square inches for the full size). Perhaps more important than the reduced surface area of the filter, I had trouble holding the filter in place during installation (ceiling mounted, kept falling off). I'd be less upset if the listing listed a smaller size (similar to how TVs are sometimes listed as 'Class 47' instead of 46.5', but the listing only mentions full size (and mentions it multiple times) I don't know if this is industry standard (other reviews suggest this isn't the case).I have no way of testing the filter's effectiveness other than random observation, so I assume it is filtering correctly .I intend to use these filters and see how they perform.If I'm happy with their performance despite the smaller size, I might read this review again.
