UPDATE: Lid falls apart after about 6 months. I think the sun made it worse. It flows like a sieve, creating holes and cracks at wear points. Very disappointing. On the plus side, I contacted the company and they sent me a free replacement well past the Revain return deadline. Let's hope the replacement works better. I used this on my 84 CJ7. It is great. It's long enough to go through a custom front bumper with angle bar, winch and fog lights, and just long enough to cover a 36x12 spare tire on a swivel mount. It has a zippered opening on the driver's side to access the door without removing the cover. It goes all the way down, so you're protected even when the doors are closed. It also has side mirror pockets. The only minor modification was to poke a hole for the radio antenna and sew a small reinforcement patch around the hole. A NOTICE. The cover is put on the antenna if you don't want to make a hole, but in this case it bends the antenna. The elastic band at the bottom keeps it in place. But it also has straps that you can attach to something underneath if you want. I haven't used belts as so far it's ok without them. Haven't hit a hurricane yet but normal wind/rain was fine.
