The quality of the welds looks like this. I was hoping for a slightly better quality in terms of "performance" of the update. I can already say that I will replace this with cracks in the future. Looking inside, the stitching isn't very thick and everything converges at a weak point. Installation was tedious and required sanding and sanding of the front of the manifold. You can't install it without removing the engine. The middle two lower manifold bolts are blocked by bent tubes. You can't even attach a socket or wrench with an adapter or linkage to tighten them properly. The motor mount interferes below. Also, the cat's flanges are almost horizontal compared to the stock header, while the stock header had angled brackets so bolting puts more stress on the rest of the exhaust pipe. The included screws are 14mm, the shaft is 15mm and the screw head is about 3mm shorter so installing the head was more difficult than removing the manifold shaft. Overall for the amount of money, quality and time taken to install I am disappointed with this purchase and the banks as a company. If you decide to buy anyway; Be sure to pull the fender on the driver's side. Spray everything with penetrating WD40. Purchase (9) replacement header bolts and washers, have plenty of extensions, bushings, and flexible adapters or bent bushings. A case or two of beer and a good bright flashlight. I recommend removing the engine.
