I have mixed feelings about this headset. I came from a single ended headset so it was amazing when I started using this binaural headset. I was able to hear people on the phone better, and it removed a lot of the noise that got in the way of comfortable conversations in a noisy office environment. After the initial shock of actually hearing people wore off, a few things started to bother me. The pros and cons are listed below. Pros: - You can hear people a lot easier than with a mono headset - Comes out nice and loud compared to other headsets I've used - Very comfortable Cons: - Too expensive - Speakers are terrible for music, no stereo Sound (ridiculous for the price) - Some days the headset lifter worked quickly and stably, other days it didn't work or worked very slowly. It wasn't the lifter's fault because I've used it with other headsets and never had a problem. - After a couple of weeks I had bad echo on all my calls. Ultimately, this was the reason I sent the device back. Overall I just couldn't justify the return price I felt I received so I returned the item and will be looking for another alternative.
