Ok but eventually returned

I have mixed feelings about this headset. I came from a single ended headset so it was amazing when I started using this binaural headset. I was able to hear people on the phone better, and it removed a lot of the noise that got in the way of comfortable conversations in a noisy office environment. After the initial shock of actually hearing people wore off, a few things started to bother me. The pros and cons are listed below. Pros: - You can hear people a lot easier than with a mono headset -

When the signal starts to degrade, you only hear fragments.

I've been using this headset for about 3 years now and haven't had a single complaint about it. As incredible as it is, I've used this device in the same building in two different call centers (one in sales, one in support) with a total of about 350 active users who all had this particular headset, no problem. You can move, but you can't take your laptop with you!

To be clear, these are not Bluetooth headphones that you can wirelessly connect to your laptop and then take your laptop anywhere. Here the concept is a little different. It's true, headphones are wireless, but your laptop isn't! These headphones communicate with your laptop through the base you see in the picture.
