To be clear, these are not Bluetooth headphones that you can wirelessly connect to your laptop and then take your laptop anywhere. Here the concept is a little different. It's true, headphones are wireless, but your laptop isn't! These headphones communicate with your laptop through the base you see in the picture. The base must be connected to both your laptop and the power cord! This device is mainly intended for managers, team leaders, etc. who need to attend meetings during the day. One of the great advantages of using these headphones is that you can freely move away from your laptop. When you're at home, it's helpful to have a coffee or greet someone at the door, etc., and not be 100% tied to your laptop for hours. Benefits: 1st Freedom. You can move like I said above.2. Excellent build quality, comfortable to wear and adaptable to our needs. Cons: 1. The laptop must be plugged into the base, and the base must be plugged into an outlet! So you can't take your laptop anywhere else in your home or office.2. The sound quality is not what I expected compared to Plantronics wired headphones. A little bass. The only advantage is that you can easily adjust the treble and bass from your laptop's sound control panel.3. This will not stream music from a mobile phone as it is not A2DP compatible. It's mono, not stereo. I am looking for exactly such headphones, but without a base.
