Review on 🎧 Savi W720 DECT Wireless Headset (83544-01) by Jeff Aulia

I've been using this headset for about 3 years now and haven't had a single complaint about it. As incredible as it is, I've used this device in the same building in two different call centers (one in sales, one in support) with a total of about 350 active users who all had this particular headset, no problem. This headset really lets you talk on the phone all day. This model uses the 900MHz spectrum, just like the CS-520, and you can actually go about 300 feet without interference. If the signal starts to degrade, you will only hear fragments of the conversation. The Product Description "Size" at the time of this review says "Bluetooth 2.0 Only" which is very inaccurate. With this model you can simultaneously interact with a desk phone (RJ-11), a paired Bluetooth phone and a USB computer connected to the base station. You can also switch between sources if needed. For example, let's say you answer a private call on your cell phone and then your desk phone rings - you can put the call on your cell phone and switch to your desk phone and then go back to your cell phone call. The difference between Savi 720 and CS-520 is that CS-520 only connects to a desk phone. The CS-520 has neither USB nor Bluetooth. Although he has a nicer base.
