It's not the newest - False advertising
Yes, it's a genuine Toyota part, but it's not the newest. I'm sure the seller bought old software cheaply from resellers to sell here. The latest is 86271-0E185 (listed on the card itself). However, you'll pay over $140 for it at Toyota dealerships (I couldn't find it anywhere else). This is a map update from 4/2019. Having a 2016 Tacoma whose software has never been updated, I decided to keep it as the roads or freeways in my area rarely change (and I use additional GPS in addition to onboard navigation. There are free updates for points dates , which Toyota provides too greedily). It was very easy to install. It works well.
