Well Drilling - Welders and Accessories

I had several of these and they were slowly breaking down. So far I'm happy with this little welder. I use a flux core with .035 Hobart wire. It comes with 0.04 wires but without 0.04 terminals. So when I plan to use the wire that came with the kit I get prompts. I need to make sure I use positive ground for the magnetic circuit and not negative ground. This will change things. Power wise I use 110 volts on a 20 amp switch and can turn the welder on fully and not burn out the switch as long as nothing is running as long as the welder is running. It has great usable power, even at 110v. Haven't tried 220 yet, goes from 1/8 to 110 with no problem. The arc becomes stable easily. Even though I'm not a good and experienced welder, this thing works fine for me. The wire feeder has worked well for 035 and 030 wire so far. Both cables fit well in spools and are easy to transport and store. For the money I paid and this is my front door when I get home I am impressed.

Pros
  • 1. WELDER FEATURES - Welder can be connected to 110V/220V dual voltage mains Welder is MIG, MMA and LIFT TIG 3 in 1 modes you need. The use of IGBT technology has significantly increased the reliability of the welding machine, making it a lighter and more compact version. Not to mention that MIG welder that built in wire feeder you have to thank when you see smooth wire feed. Includes 2lb quality welding wire.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
