I like that it lets me keep track of all my building's problems in one place rather than having multiple spreadsheets or apps open at once for each problem/building area where i can see what repairs need doing etc - there isn't an app specifically designed as such but we're able get most things done through normal phone calls with our engineer / foreman who would also be using this software so its not too much hassle really! As previously stated they don;t have anything specificly geared towards tenants either which makes them quite difficult when you want feedback from your tenant about their experience (aside form asking if everything was ok). Its good value considering how easy setup could take time compared against others out here but still has some way off being perfect yet- just give us another year :D.
