Review on LG 34UM88C-P 34 Inch UltraWide 3440X1440P Monitor with Screen Split 2.0, OnScreen Control, Flicker Safe, AMD FreeSync™ Technology by Keith Alvarez

This monitor is amazing. I've spent over a decade as an animator/designer using two monitors side-by-side. It's always been an ugly setup, but kind of the standard in my line of work. Now that I have a huge monitor I will never go back. This is a beautiful, massive, crisp monitor. To be honest, I'm a bit of an LG fanatic. I think they just make great monitors. (They also currently own their own 65-inch 4K OLED TV). The only thing that initially frustrated me was how the movies look on YouTube and Netflix. Although legible, most are surrounded by my mailbox. (sometimes from all sides) BUT, whoever buys this monitor and also uses Chrome browser, MUST get Chrome extensions that remove mailbox from Netflix and YouTube videos. Just search for it in the Chrome Extension Store. Now when I watch a YouTube video full screen on this monitor, the picture is borderless! Movie trailers especially look great. (because they are usually extra wide)
