The quality of cooling is beyond praise. The i5-6600k processor, being overclocked to 4400 MHz, is cooled by only this one radiator (case ones are simply turned off as unnecessary) at rest up to 30 degrees at room temperature 25. In the mode of operation of all 4 cores to the maximum and loading the video card, the temperature rarely rises above 50 degrees. 60 is the highest I've seen. The noise level is very low, in a closed case you can hear the screws spinning more (for such a quiet system, you still need to install an SSD).
