My only complaint/dislike was the price. In my opinion expensive or expensive for a do-it-yourself master. But if you're like the countless people who don't have money to throw away at the store, then that's no problem. I prefer to repair my own when possible. This tool was used on a '99 7.3L F250 Stroker with a Dana 50 front axle. It helps to have a second pair of hands, but it can be done by one person, it takes a little longer. I had a hole where the inner seal was so I cleaned it up and applied some marine grease to fill the voids and gaps between the inner seal and the plastic axle guide to hopefully create a watertight barrier. The previous owner neglected the maintenance so I'm doing a complete overhaul of the carrier, ring, cross, gear, inner and outer shaft axles on both sides, new hubs, upper and lower ball joints and universal joint. We also deal with the front and rear cardan shafts and thrust bearings. BTW, if you're having trouble getting started with the installation yourself, I've found that a 2 or 3 pound brass mallet and a few quick, hard taps from inside the case will do the trick. I didn't have 3 foot extensions so I used a 40 inch piece of rigid pipe (1 inch thick). Having used a brass hammer, it only took me 2 hits with a sledgehammer to send it home. Hope that helps
