I purchased this device after hearing from my chiropractor that it helps to stretch the psoas muscles. I will never go to this chiropractor again. It was a McDonald-esque outfit. Was he working on three people at once? When I received this tool, there was minimal guidance on how to use it. For $80 I was expecting at least a small booklet. The package contained only a strip with several photos of the man lying on it in various positions and a warning to consult your doctor for instructions on how to use it. I'm experimenting but it's too complicated. I want to return it and get my money back. My little orange ball works way better than this one. When you're charging that much for this plastic tool that should probably cost $15, do you at least include a decent instruction manual to make it a bit useful?
