The stationary image is nice and clear. I put a camera on the outside of my closed trailer to see what's behind me, which makes changing lanes easier. The second camera is installed in the trailer so I can see if my motorcycle or other cargo is moving after big bumps on the tracks. The interior view is clear, even at night when there are no lights on in the trailer. The external image in stationary mode is clear, but the refresh rate of the monitor shows its weaknesses at high speeds. It's not terrible and the setup does its job, but I wouldn't attempt to hook up a sports TV to a monitor as a TV option. In general, it does its job quite well. Outside of this setup, I don't need home TV levels. The whole system was very easy to install and didn't require any effort to sync the cameras to the monitor. Just turn both on and they will find each other automatically. I will keep it for my purposes.
