We bought these for my nephew's 12th birthday to use with his new airbrush. He has been designing clothes since he was 8 years old and this year he wanted to start drawing his own models. The absolute best thing I can say about these colors is that after teaching him how to use the brush himself, the colors required no further training or reading to use. They're properly diluted straight out of the bottle (although I've heard a few more drops of thinner should be added just in case). A few drops in the hopper of an airbrush will give you vibrant color on any surface of your choosing. They also blended well, making color mixing as easy as it should be. He played for several hours and by the evening had already made several simple drawings on scraps of cloth. They were also easy to clean without messing up the airbrush. We couldn't stay long enough to see the final products, but were told they held up to washing after being heat treated. These are great paints for beginners, but I think experienced artists will be just as happy.
