This was the case when I had to make reviews. This product is not suitable for Jeep TJ. The clearance is too big and doesn't keep the tire in the right place. If you notice from the product image that it is only installed in the top hole, it may work, but it is not guaranteed or will hold up over time or when riding on rough terrain. Please do not buy this if you are looking for a lock latch.
