I was excited to have an opportunity to give these a shot. The best and easy way to add some touch to your landscaping is through some uplighting for trees and that is the exact reason why I got these. Out of the box, you just need to set these out in the sun for about 24 hours to fully charge and set and angle them the way you want.For uplighting, we went with the warm white and they look great. I had them out in the rain and they turned on during the night with no problem. I was concerned with the small size, but didn't need more than one per location; which is great because this is a pack of four, so I was able to cover a lot of locations with one box. There are two settings: You push the button once to turn it on and then a second time for max brightness.Aside from landscape lighting, these are also advertised as driveway lighting. These may be not bright enough or you would need the daylight ones instead of warm white, but these do work great for landscape lighting.Overall, a very good set of lights for landscaping. Best of all, these are solar, so no need to worry about running wire and at the same time making your yard beautiful without the extra cost to your electric bill.
