This bag has multiple Velcro straps so you can easily attach the mount to a convenient location on your bike. I especially like the pocket on my bag because it's big enough to hold my smartphone (Samsung, so it's bigger) or other items, but I mostly use it for my phone. It closes with a zipper, which is a plus for me. The cup holder fits at least a 24-ounce bottle nicely, but it's on the narrow side so anything with a wide base won't fit. I can't say much about the waterproof part as I haven't tested it. riding in the rain. The bag appears to have some sort of insulating lining that my friend used to pack ice and cool his insulin, so it's a bit insulating. At less than $13 each, we're happy with this purchase. We bought one for each of us. We've seen people with two per bike, but that's personal preference for how much stuff you want to pack on your bike. This is a good size for our cycling needs. We do a lot of day trips and this makes our stuff easily accessible. Also, we left them on the bikes when they were in the back of a car and they didn't wobble even at freeway speeds. I think that says a lot about the strength of the velcro and straps. All in all a good buy for us! I would recommend.
