I don't know why some have complained that it doesn't clean well. It is not intended for thorough cleaning. This is a surface cleaner. I am very happy with my purchase. I have a cat that loves to track cat litter (even the so-called "trackless" cat litter) and she picks it up with no problem. I sweep the floors in the kitchen and laundry room (where there is a tray) every day. I get crumbs and garbage and that's enough for me. When I have to crawl into the cracks and wash the carpets, the vacuum cleaner comes. It is ideal for daily sweeping of surfaces. It's definitely better and easier than using a broom and dustpan. I hope this lasts long. 22 September 2019 UPDATE. I still love this Easy EDGE Light Wood Floor Sweeper but I took it apart to clean which is recommended and necessary and it cleans well. Unfortunately the 2 pieces holding the 2 wheel brushes fell off and I can't put the wheel brushes back in. Now I can't use the sweeper. I tried to find a place to buy replacements but couldn't find anywhere to get them. Looks like I'll have to buy another one to replace this one. Seems like a waste of time. Updated March 8, 2020. Bought another one in October. As much as I love this sweeper, I'm still not happy with the two pieces that hold the wheel brushes that need to be removed to clean the insides. This time one broke off so I can only put back one brush. Parts searched and not found. So this time I order Hurricane Spin Broom. Looking at the picture of the brushes it looks like this is a different arrangement to remove the brushes for cleaning. If I find out it has the same setting I will return it without even using it. I'll use broom and dustpan again.
