I ordered this because my kids are in virtual school right now and I noticed how they were bending over their laptops to see the screen. It's simple and aesthetically pleasing. With no intervention other than this stand, my child sits upright. Problem solved. I highly recommend this product and will definitely order more. Update: I have since bought 2 more stands. One was for my student who at first said he didn't want it. Seeing his brother use him. He started putting his laptop on cardboard boxes and complaining of neck pain. When it arrived and he installed it, he thanked him warmly and said his neck no longer bothered him. I bought another one. The reason I bought this one instead of the others is because I didn't want my kids playing around with it as another distraction. It's set and forgotten. However, it can still be taken apart and placed on a bookshelf.
