Not good for narrow shelf suppots

Used three brackets to support a 48 x 5 shelf holding glassware behind my home bar. Secured the brackets using 3 of the supplied screws for each bracket into studs. The brackets with only about 10 lbs of weight the shelf deflects downward, risking dumping its contents. Might be suitable as corner bracing.

Pros

Worked well to help keeps half up. Very pretty as well.

Cons

The L shape of the bracket may not fit all shelving or furniture styles
