We used standard paper filters from a wholesale store for our Bunn coffee maker which I LOVE. Every time I tried to brew 7-10 cups of coffee in it, the ground beans overflowed through the side walls and ended up in the brew itself. Annoying. My solution was to use one filter as usual, fill it with beans, and then cover the second filter to prevent spills and overflow. One day I saw Bunn paper filters at Revain and decided to try them, thinking they were made for my Bunn machine. I'm glad I did. The height of this filter is higher and the paper is thicker. 3 Lessons Learned: 1. Stop spending extra time on daily workarounds to prevent ground beans from getting in my coffee cup. Coffee tastes much better with this quality filter. This is due to the quality of the paper.3. Don't waste extra money on 2 paper filters and you use LESS GRAINS for the amount I make every time. Yes, I've lost money and sacrificed taste all these years! I've learned my lesson. Let's start 2018 positively!
