I have been using cloud9 since 2013 when it first came out but only in 2019 did we start seeing improvements with adding new features. The support team also improved quickly as well. It's not bad if you want an easy way for your staff to do appointments and keep track of what they are doing during those visits but don't expect too much from the program other than that. Notifications between our office and patients can be tricky sometimes so make sure everything works right before going into production. We used to lose quite a bit of time trying to get information back from our patients after appointments. Now everything goes straight through the app, no need to call or email them. They will eventually fix the notifications issue but until then there isn't anything wrong wtih the product itself.
