Pros: First of all, the Dragonhawk tattoo logo looks really cool on the box. I love it when companies pay attention to these details. The knob uses a click-turn to adjust the needle depth, which is nice because you can hold the needle hanger adjustment securely in place and adjust it consistently every time. The pen is charged with the included micro USB cable and can be easily replaced if lost. The pen also has an average weight of just 0.40 pounds. So it is easy to keep it for a long time, and the noise and vibration are quiet and small. Finally, while the pen is intuitive to use, this set includes clearly written instructions on how to use your pen, which is great for beginner tattoo artists. hard to find a replacement battery. That being said, it would be nice if this set came with a spare battery or had a direct power option. The voltage is adjustable in increments of 0.20. I prefer being able to fine tune the voltage in 0.10 increments. Finally, as you rock the battery back and forth, you can hear and feel the internal components move with it. I have a feeling that the battery inside was not properly installed or secured. Conclusion: While no spare battery or direct power option is included, I still recommend this product for its ease of use and also for its noise and vibration. Levels are quiet and low.
