Because I am not yet accustomed to using gestures to control the volume, there are times when it is not possible to adjust it. Some pros: 1. The sound quality is exceptional. 2. The active noise reduction feature ensures that the charge lasts for a total of four hours. 3. Charge it rapidly using the USB Type-C port. 4. The noise reduction is significantly improved compared to that of the JBL Reflect Flow; it has three modes and four suppression strength settings. I haven't used them on an airplane yet, but on a busy street, they do an excellent job of blocking out the noise. When you speak, you are able to hear your voice as it normally is, and not through a pipe (I compare with JBL). 5. They complain about the dirty case as well as the headphones themselves; however, there are no traces of fingerprints on the black surface. Earmbrashurs truly do need to be selected individually for the ear, which is a drawback of this accessory. My head did not fit well in the normal ones, and the headphones kept falling out. I stole it off some other headphones, and now even while I'm sprinting, the earbuds won't fall out. On the official app, the earbuds test is impossible for me to pass.
