I've had several smartphone mounts in the car in the past and the design itself makes it easy to pick up and remove the phone while maintaining security. Gravity itself, and while I don't have the phone in the photo, it basically locks into place as soon as you place the phone in a vertical or horizontal position. rattled over time or didn't feel secure, but this was by far the best and easiest smartphone holder.
