I don't write many reviews but this one deserves my time as it stole my time and money. These fasteners are of very poor quality. I mounted it vertically with the camera (Arlo 3) facing down at +90 degrees. The mount didn't hold the camera. If I rotated the camera 90 degrees it would hold it, but just barely. So, given the design flaws in the mount, I threw caution to the wind and decided to put in a little more effort. I snapped off the tabs (thumb tabs sticking out to tighten) and removed the compression sleeve. (All cast iron). The mount that came with my Arlo 3 cameras didn't seem to be of great quality, but its design made it easy and secure to mount at any angle. I strongly DO NOT recommend this product.
