The customer service provided from beginning to end has been exceptional! Our team at BBG understands our needs better than any other vendor we have worked w/in years past!! They are always willing & able t make suggestions for improvements as needed or requested which helps keep us ahead fo rthe competition that may not be so receptive when it comes time ti implement new software solutions - but only if you ask them first. We use records management services daily across all departments within my organization (ie HR). I cannot say enough good things about this firm- they provide outstanding support 24 hours per day 7 days each week year round. ! I like that they are able to find anything you need for your business. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is nothing that i dislike about them. If you want to be in contact with someone who will help you with anything, this is the place. My only experience with them has been great so far.
