Works fine best in my review

The adapter does exactly what it is supposed to: Convert an HDMI signal to VGA. In our particular use, connecting a laptop to both projectors and an older video screen.Unfortunately on the second use, someone tripped over a the VGA cable that connected to the adapter. All of the wires ripped out of the HDMI end of the adapter, leaving the metal end in the computer port. On the other end, the projector went flying, so I have to assume that there was a large amount of force being applied to the cable.
