Doesn't lift 8000 pounds, more like 500
8000 pounds fools. If the crane puts 8,000 pounds on it, it might hold up. Yes, I know it's rated for 5,000 pounds of lift, but I'd love to see a gorilla that size that could crank it. I had to lift about 1000 pounds and that's about the limit for one person to crank this jack. It's valued at around ยฃ500. After all that cutting and welding, you don't have to figure it out. Hey Reese, can you send me the gears for the 5000lb capacity? I will change them myself.
