When I first got this it was awesome! Absolutely easy to use and worked great for about 2-3 months. Tried all suggested troubleshooting steps - still didn't help. They advertise that they have a replacement for a year so I contacted them and explained that it no longer works, I did the troubleshooting etc. After over a month of not fully responding I contacted again and explained the situation completely. They responded with troubleshooting steps. I replied that I did all that and it doesn't work. Doesn't answer. AGAIN contacted them with a request to let me know if they will replace it or not as there is no need to delay it. Final Answer: Now they want me to put it back in the tank and take a picture to prove it doesn't work. I am sure that in this case I will have to jump through another hoop and they will not replace this defective product. If you buy from them, I hope you don't find yourself in the same situation. I personally would not recommend dealing with them.
