Review on 🔌 ORICO USB 3.0 Clamp Hub Adapter: Ultra-Portable USB Expander with Extra Power Supply Port by Roger Alexander

This hub keeps the system from sleeping. I noticed my monitors wouldn't turn off after an hour. I checked back and forth and found that after unplugging this hub, my system went back to normal sleep mode, but as soon as it was plugged back in, it couldn't sleep even though nothing was plugged into it. I am trying to contact support but have not received an answer. This prevents my monitors from going to sleep and continues to execute wake commands even when nothing is plugged into them. I bought 2 other USB 3.0 hubs and don't have this problem so it's definitely a software/firmware issue on their end. To be honest it scares me that the software will try to enter data into my system when it is idle. I hope it doesn't do anything malicious. I'm frustrated that this is currently the only 3.0 desktop hub I can find on Revain because that's what I really need.
