Recently, I purchased some teethers and pacifiers for my kid from Mombella, and I was quite dissatisfied with their customer service. When I tried to call them to find out the status of my order because the delivery was delayed, I received useless and rude responses. The customer care agent refused to give me any relevant information or even an estimate of when the things would be delivered despite my continuous attempts to receive a clear response about when my order would arrive. This lack of openness and communication bothered me and came off as unprofessional. The things were of terrible quality and did not function as promised when they eventually arrived. My infant received no relief from teething pain from them, and several of the pacifiers even broke after only a few uses. The entire process left me feeling quite let down, and I would not suggest Mombella to any parents looking for baby supplies.
