I was so excited to find a carb scale that allows you to enter your own food labels that have not been programmed. I got them delivered the same day / I received them today and unfortunately I printed out my return label. The first thing I noticed was the lack of instructions. There was a quick guide that I read and directed to their website. I had to read the instructions there. 2nd - Since I was already on their page, I decided to download more food codes. Unfortunately I can't open it because I don't have Excel. Well, I'll just type in my own labels, right? 3. No, following the instructions to enter my own label, I was able to select my code number and calories. I couldn't go on. I tried several times to press the save button to go to the next input, but there was no response. Tried turning it off and on again, same result. I gave up and printed out a return label.
