Works well, but a bit hard to handle.
Marvelously non-stick and easy to clean. I have used it for coffee cakes, brownies and bar cookies, fudge and even toffee and nothing adheres to it. It is quite thin and lacks rigidity. This necessitates the use of a baking sheet or pan to put in or remove from the oven. or place on a cooling rack without it bending and breaking up what ever you have cooked in it. Works well as long as you recognize its limits.
- Loved using this cake pan. The cake didn’t stick to the pan which was very important to me.
