, installed on my 2015 fast 4Runner rig, I definitely heard a whistle but didn't feel much of a difference in throttle response. I know everyone has their own opinion on throttle body spacers, for me it's not the best, but I don't regret it one bit. I installed one of these on my 03 a while ago and I felt the difference straight away, but I think results vary from car to car. Installed at the same time as my intake so I don't know of any individual gains, but with two installed I went from a steady 18mpg to 20-21mpg. People say it's a waste of time but for me the display shows profit and I'm fine with that. If you have money to spend and it makes you happy, then do it!
